These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase you make
from VibeFlex Sports / 490 Movement ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or
placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place
an order. By ordering you confirm you meet that requirement and that the payment
information you provide is yours and accurate.

OUR PRODUCTS

Most of our products are made to order. We do our best to display colors, prints,
and fabrics accurately, but screens vary and slight differences in placement, tone,
or sizing are normal for printed goods and are not defects.

Product descriptions, sizing guidance, and images are provided in good faith. We do
not warrant that every description is completely free of error.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, edit
product descriptions, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or
human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, even
if the order was already confirmed. We will contact you if this happens.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. We may cancel
or limit an order if we suspect fraud, an unauthorized payment method, a reseller
purchase, or an error in pricing or availability. If we cancel a paid order, we
refund it in full.

PAYMENT

Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers. We do not
store your full card details. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment
method you provide.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds,
exchanges, and cancellations are described in our Refund Policy. Both are part of
these Terms.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not
resell, redistribute, publish, or share them. Because they are delivered instantly,
they are final sale once the download or access link has been sent.

PARTNER AND AFFILIATE PRODUCTS

Some products shown on our site are sold and fulfilled by partner brands rather
than by us. These are identified on the product page, and checkout takes place on
the partner's own website. That partner's terms, pricing, shipping, and return
policies govern those purchases, and we are not the seller of record for them.

We may earn a commission when you buy through those links, at no additional cost
to you. This is disclosed on the relevant product pages.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, artwork, logos, slogans, text, photography, and other content on this
site are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and
trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our
written permission. Buying a product gives you the product, not the rights to the
design on it.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use this site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights,
interfere with the site's operation or security, scrape or harvest data, or upload
anything harmful or malicious.

USER CONTENT

If you submit a review, comment, photo, or other content, you grant us a
non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce it in
connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours to share and is not
unlawful or infringing. We may remove any content at our discretion.

MARKETING MESSAGES

If you opt in to email or SMS marketing, you can unsubscribe at any time using the
link in any email or by replying STOP to any text. Message and data rates may apply.
Transactional messages about your order are not marketing and will still be sent.

Our site may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible
for their content, products, or policies. Visiting them is at your own risk.

without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state
or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to that
jurisdiction. If you live somewhere that grants you the right to bring a claim
locally, this does not remove that right.

SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
